Universal Energy Coin

Universal Energy (UE), a Limited Liability Company (LLC) based in the Cayman Islands (website www.UEC.IO), develops and manages the UEC coin, also known as a “token”, following the Token Shield Protocol. UEC Tokens are based on smart contracts, connected to revolutionary energy producing machines (Global Energy Machines, or “GEMs”) using proprietary embedded hardware/software. This system monitors GEM operations, digitally collects energy revenue, and distributes it in real time to all token holders as electricity is produced and sold. The supply and demand of UEC is determined by market forces, influencing the Token’s price. The funds raised from the Token Sale are used by Universal Energy to finance research and development opportunities for GEMs, which have made great strides towards the development of clean alternative energy.
